In a small workshop on the outskirts of Vignola, Giancarlo and Lanfranco Toschi founded their company in 1945. Born and raised in an area that boasts long traditions of taste and quality, with expertise and talent they started an adventure that in three generations, has come down to the present day.

Today, with sour cherries as its signature product, Toschi boasts more than 400 references in the fruit and spirits world and is known in Italy and abroad with proposals that conquer the bar, restaurant, ice cream and pastry world.
