Nougat "El Luparense de San Martin" - Peasant Excellence - 3kg - City of Ice Cream

Paste for ice cream made with nougat "Antica ricetta di San Martino di Lupari" (PD).

For us, Nougat is synonymous with family. We chose to create a paste that encapsulated the tradition and knowledge of ancient recipes of the master nougat makers of Padua, to bring to the gelato shop a flavor that at every taste would remind us of the long tables of the Christmas holidays spent with the family.
The citrus notes of this flavor, in addition to pieces of crunchy nougat that illuminate the gelato with slightly golden hues, like small points of light, make it strongly evocative.
