The peanut is commonly called "American peanut," but we have selected a totally Italian peanut for our ice cream paste, from sowing to roasting, which takes place in an ancient cast-iron roaster and with beech wood. A fine selection that will create an ice cream that enhances the toasted notes of this dry fruit, rich in vitamins and fatty acids and with an intense aroma, without covering its natural sweetness.
